Postnatal Yoga with Kate

Welcome

The moment your baby is born so are you, as a mother. It is an individual, yet shared experience amongst the mama tribe. Using yoga to explore your new role as you bond with your baby is a beautiful way to attune to the new energy and life you have beside you.

Postnatal yoga uses movement, balance and relaxation to allow your body to recover from pregnancy and birth as well as connect with self and baby. This postnatal yoga series will guide you through safe practices to rebuild your strength and stability whilst working with the body to combat postural positions we often find ourselves in as mothers.

All of our postnatal classes and practices below are guided by Kate. Start with the warm up sequence and then select your practice from the list below. Choosing what feels best for you on any given day and stage of your recovery. Remember to practice mindfully and rest when needed.

You'll find below a list of classes to practice during your first 12 months, including practices suited to the first 6-12 weeks and c-section birth. We know as a mama you're short on time so we've included the length of each video/audio file for your convenience. Once you've chosen your practice simply click on the video to play. Be sure to open it into full screen so you can easily follow along.
