Your teacher: Kate Payne

Kate is a Yoga Therapist and Teacher, as well as a pre + postnatal specialist and busy mama. Originally from Melbourne, but now based in far north Queensland, Australia, Kate has been practicing yoga for more than a decade, spending much of this time exploring the intricate studies of yoga and spirituality. She is the co creator of Yoga Mamas and has worked with the likes of 2XU on their postpartum compression range as well as being featured across various yoga and motherhood websites.

Her philosophy is simple. Provide you with a holistic, authentic, educated approach to motherhood that is underpinned by the teachings of yoga.
